Policy Filters

  • Policy Version
    • Select which version of the Family Policy to print
    • Policies are listed in chronological order
    • The most current version appears last
  • Policy Type
    • Appointments
    • Billing Authorization
    • Policies and Procedures
    • Waiver of Liability
  • Leaving policy type fields blank will print all policy types associated with the most recent version

Troubleshooting / FAQs

  • Why is my report showing all policy types instead of just one?
    • If no Policy Type is selected, the System will include all policy types from the most recent policy version by default.
  • How do I ensure I am using the most current policy version?
    • The most recent policy version is listed last in the Policy Version dropdown.
  • Can I reuse my filter selections?
    • Yes. Save your selections as a Preset and load it when running the report.
  • Can I include a signature line for printed policies?
    • Yes. Enable Display Signature Line On Report in the Display Options.
