The Policy Report (FAM-9) allows you to generate a printable version of your Family Policies. This is useful for reviewing policy content, sharing documentation with families, or maintaining records of policy versions over time.

Accessing the Report
- From the main navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Select Policy Report (FAM-9).
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the Policy Report (FAM-9).
- Select a Policy Version.
- Choose one or more Policy Types, if needed.
- Configure any Display Options.
- Select your preferred export format to Generate Report.

- Select which version of the Family Policy to print
- Policies are listed in chronological order
- The most current version appears last

- Leaving policy type fields blank will print all policy types associated with the most recent version

- Display Signature Line On Report
Generating the report
- Confirm your filters.
- Select your preferred format (HTML or PDF) to generate the report.

Why is my report showing all policy types instead of just one?
- If no Policy Type is selected, the System will include all policy types from the most recent policy version by default.

How do I ensure I am using the most current policy version?
- The most recent policy version is listed last in the Policy Version dropdown.

Can I reuse my filter selections?
- Yes. Save your selections as a Preset and load it when running the report.

Can I include a signature line for printed policies?
- Yes. Enable Display Signature Line On Report in the Display Options.
