How Do I Email Future Class Enrollments?

IN BRIEF
Emailing future class enrollments requires adjusting filters to include students whose enrollments have not yet started. By updating the Active On Date or using a Date Range, the System can display the correct group of students, families, or enrollments for your Email Blast.

Overview

This feature allows administrators to send Email Blasts to students who are enrolled in classes that begin in the future. By default, filters typically show currently active enrollments, so adjusting the date criteria is required to include future enrollments.

The key to this process is using the Active On Date filter (on the FAMILIES and STUDENTS pages) or the Date Range filter (on the ENROLLMENTS page) to display enrollments that have not yet started.

Additional Details

  • The Active On Date filter determines which enrollments are considered “active” for the selected date. Setting this to a future date allows future enrollments to appear in your results.
  • On the ENROLLMENTS page, the Date Range filter provides more flexibility by allowing you to define a span of dates rather than a single date.
  • After sending the Email Blast, you can verify delivery results through background tasks.
