Overview
Autofill/autocomplete stores previously entered form data (such as names, emails, and payment information) and automatically inserts it when similar fields appear. While convenient, this can cause incorrect or outdated data to appear in iClassPro forms. Clearing or disabling these features ensures more accurate and secure use of the System.
Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
Turning Off Autofill
- Select the Settings and More icon (three dots at the top right).
- Select Settings.
- Confirm the menu defaults to Profiles. If not, select it from the left-hand menu.
- Under Your Profile, disable autofill by toggling off the following options:
- Passwords
- Payment info
- The System will automatically save your settings.
Clearing Autofill Data
- Select the Settings and More icon (three dots at the top right).
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Delete Browsing Data, select Choose What to Clear.
- For Time Range, select All Time.
- Check Autofill Form Data (Includes Forms and Cards).
- If you also wish to clear saved passwords, check Passwords.
- Select Clear Now.
NOTE: This process may take some time depending on how often you clear your autofill data.
Google Chrome
Turning Off Autofill
- Select the Chrome menu icon (three dots at the top right).
- Select Settings.
- Expand the Autofill and passwords section for the category you want to disable.
- Toggle the setting off. The System will automatically save your settings.
Clearing Autofill Data
- Select the Chrome menu icon (three dots at the top right).
- Select History, then select History again.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Choose the Advanced tab.
- Under Time Range, select All Time.
- Ensure Autofill Form Data is checked.
- If you also wish to clear saved passwords, check Passwords and other sign-in data.
- Select Delete Data.
NOTE: This process may take some time depending on how often you clear your autofill data.
Mozilla Firefox
Turning Off Autofill
- Select the Firefox menu icon (three lines at the top right).
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- In the Autofill section, uncheck the options you want to disable. The System will automatically save your settings.
Clearing Autofill Data
- Select the Firefox menu icon (three lines at the top right).
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- In the Autofill section, select Clear History.
- Under When, choose Everything.
- Ensure History is checked.
- Select OK.
Disabling and Clearing Saved Logins/Passwords
- Select the Firefox menu icon (three lines at the top right).
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Under Passwords, uncheck Ask to save passwords.
- To remove saved logins:
- Select Saved passwords to view a list of entries.
- Use Remove to delete individual logins.
- To remove all, select the three dots (top right) → Remove All Passwords.
- Confirm with Yes, remove these passwords, then select Remove All.
NOTE: This process may take some time depending on how often you clear your autofill data/saved logins.
Apple Safari
Turning Off Autofill
- From the top menu, select Safari.
- Select Preferences.
- Go to the AutoFill tab.
- Uncheck User names and passwords.
- To disable other types of autofill, uncheck those options as well.
- The System will automatically save your settings.
Clearing Autofill Data
- From the top menu, select Safari.
- Select Preferences.
- Go to the AutoFill tab.
- Next to User Names and Passwords, select Edit.
- Select Remove All to delete all saved usernames/passwords.
- To only remove iClassPro logins, select entries for iClassPro.com and choose Remove.
- Select Done.

Do I need to clear both autofill and passwords?
- Not always. If you want to prevent logins from auto-populating, disable both autofill and saved passwords. If you only want to stop form entries from showing, clearing autofill data may be enough.

- Clearing history depends on how much data your browser has stored. The more frequently you clear data, the faster the process will be.
