How Can I Brand my Business in iClassPro?

Learn the basics of customizing the customer-facing aspects of iClassPro, including your Customer Portal, email communications, and Statements.

Customizing your online presence

Through iClassPro, we allow you to maintain your branding and message through the Customer Portal experience by allowing you to upload a custom background image, logo, and select a color scheme that matches your website's look. You can also use the News & Announcements feature to keep your customers advised of upcoming events and other news.

Most of the customization and branding available for online portions of iClassPro are edited under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>SETTINGS.


At the top of the Customer Portal, you can create and upload a logo. Clicking on the logo from any page in the Customer Portal will return the user to the Dashboard. The recommended logo image size is 800px W x 600px H.  If the uploaded image does not meet those specifications, it will be scaled proportionally not to exceed either of the dimensions.

You can also customize the background image, primary and secondary branding colors, and the default graphics for the "Booking" and "My Account" buttons.

Customizing email communications

Your email communications throughout iClassPro can be also be customized. Feel free to add images and custom text to your email templates under SETTINGS>SETUP>GENERAL SETTINGS>COMMUNICATION TEMPLATES.

These emails are what gets sent when you check the box to email customers from the new enrollments window or when customers register or enroll online. Email Blasts also have the capability to add images for branding and communication purposes.

Customizing Statements options

Statements will include your logo and contact information at the top right of the document. This information is drawn from your Business or Location settings, depending on your selection under SETTINGS>SETUP>FAMILY SETTINGS>STATEMENTS.

The Global Memo section (the text on the bottom half of the statement page) is also a great way to insert branding, reminders, and payment details! You can edit the Global Memo from Transactions > Statements > Edit Global Memo.
