Overview
Branding in iClassPro affects everything a customer sees—from the splash screen of the Customer Portal to automated emails and on‑demand Statements. Investing a few minutes here ensures families immediately recognize your business and feel confident interacting with your content.

Accessing Branding Settings
- Log into the Office Portal.
- Navigate to SETTINGS > CUSTOMER PORTAL > SETTINGS. (NOTE: This is the default view.)
- In the Branding section, upload images, set colors, and manage other public‑facing elements.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Customizing Your Online Presence
- Under SETTINGS > CUSTOMER PORTAL > SETTINGS
- In the General section:
- Replace default images for the Booking, Account, and ProShop tiles if desired.
- In the News section, upload a default image or enable the option to "Use latest news article image as thumbnail" to spotlight events and urgent notices.
- In the Branding section:
- Choose Upload Logo and select your image file (PNG/JPG). (NOTE: The recommended size is 800 px × 600 px).
- Set Primary and Secondary colors to mirror your website or print palette.
Advanced Logo Guidelines
- Logos will scale proportionally, but will never exceed 800px × 600px.
- For best results, we recommend preparing logos as PNGs with transparent backgrounds.
- Files larger than 5 MB will be rejected by the uploader.
Customizing Email Communications
Customizing an existing custom template
- Navigate to SETTINGS > SETUP > GENERAL SETTINGS > COMMUNICATION TEMPLATES.
- Select a template (e.g., New Enrollment Email) and choose Edit.
- Insert images via the editor’s Image button or drag‑and‑drop.

- It is highly recommended to use the "Variables" menu for this, to ensure that only variables relevant to your template are inserted.
- Save your changes.
