Accessing Branding Settings

  1. Log into the Office Portal.
  2. Navigate to SETTINGS > CUSTOMER PORTAL > SETTINGS. (NOTE: This is the default view.)
  3. In the Branding section, upload images, set colors, and manage other public‑facing elements.

Customizing Your Online Presence

  1. Under SETTINGS > CUSTOMER PORTAL > SETTINGS
  2. In the General section:
    • Replace default images for the Booking, Account, and ProShop tiles if desired.
    • In the News section, upload a default image or enable the option to "Use latest news article image as thumbnail" to spotlight events and urgent notices.
  3. In the Branding section:
    • Choose Upload Logo and select your image file (PNG/JPG). (NOTE: The recommended size is 800 px × 600 px).
    • Set Primary and Secondary colors to mirror your website or print palette.

Advanced Logo Guidelines

  • Logos will scale proportionally, but will never exceed 800px × 600px.
  • For best results, we recommend preparing logos as PNGs with transparent backgrounds.
  • Files larger than 5 MB will be rejected by the uploader.

Customizing an existing custom template

  1. Navigate to SETTINGS > SETUP > GENERAL SETTINGS > COMMUNICATION TEMPLATES.
  2. Select a template (e.g., New Enrollment Email) and choose Edit.
  3. Insert images via the editor’s Image button or drag‑and‑drop.
  4. (optional) Use variables to personalize text
    • It is highly recommended to use the "Variables" menu for this, to ensure that only variables relevant to your template are inserted.
  5. Save your changes.

  • My logo looks blurry in the Customer Portal. Why?
    • Ensure the uploaded logo meets the recommended size of 800 px × 600 px and is saved as a high-quality PNG, preferably with a transparent background.
  • Why is my logo upload being rejected?
    • Files larger than five MB are not accepted. Resize or compress the image before uploading.
  • My email variables are not displaying correctly. What should I check?
    • Confirm variables were inserted using the Variables menu and that they are supported by the selected template.
  • Changes are not showing immediately in the Customer Portal. Is this expected?
    • In some cases, browser caching may delay visual updates. Refresh the page or clear the browser cache to view the latest changes.
