What Training Options Are Available?

iClassPro offers structured training options designed to help customers and staff learn the System effectively. These options include complimentary onboarding sessions, paid virtual training, and paid onsite training, each intended for in-depth, hands-on learning beyond standard Support assistance.

Overview

While iClassPro provides phone and chat Support at no additional cost, in-depth training is not available through these channels. Training services are intended for customers who want guided, focused instruction on specific features or workflows within the System.

During the onboarding period, new accounts receive a limited number of complimentary training sessions. Additional training options are available for a fee and can be delivered virtually or onsite, depending on customer needs.

Support availability details

  • Phone and chat Support are available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM (Central Time).
  • Chat Support is not available on Saturdays.
  • Support can be reached by phone at 877-554-6776.
  • Online support requests can be submitted 24 hours a day through the online request form.

Important Note: Four complimentary training sessions are included during the onboarding period. These sessions must be used within 30 days of account activation.

Available Training Options

Virtual Training

Virtual training is designed for customers who want focused instruction on a specific feature or function within iClassPro.

  • Cost: $150 USD per hour
  • Maximum session length: Two hours per session
  • Delivery method: Screen-share session with an onboarding agent
  • Training format: One-on-one, hands-on training within the customer’s account
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes may apply

Virtual training is well suited for:

  • Learning a specific workflow or feature
  • Reviewing recent System enhancements
  • Ensuring features are being used effectively and efficiently

Onsite Training

Onsite training provides in-person instruction from an iClassPro Software Specialist and is intended for team-based or comprehensive training needs.

Training cost structure

  • $400 USD per hour
  • Minimum of four hours per session
  • Applicable taxes may apply

Distance-based considerations

  • Locations within 300 miles of iClassPro Headquarters:
    • Hourly rate applies as listed above
  • Locations more than 300 miles from iClassPro Headquarters:
    • Hourly rate applies as listed above
    • Additional per diem of $300, which includes travel day(s)

International onsite training

Additional requirements and limitations

  • Training fees must be paid in full at the time the service agreement is signed.
  • Onsite training dates are subject to the availability of the Education team.
  • Training does not include onsite programming or development work.
  • The Specialist provides “how-to” training only.
  • Expectations and training goals are agreed upon in advance to ensure the session provides meaningful value.
