What Training Options Are Available?

What training options are available?

While iClassPro offers phone and chat support at no additional cost, in-depth training cannot be offered via these methods.

You can also submit an online support request 24 hours a day using our online form at https://support.iclasspro.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Four complimentary training sessions are included during your onboarding period. These sessions must be taken within 30 days of your account being activated.

For more extensive training, we offer virtual or on-site training for a reasonable fee.

Virtual Training

  • Cost: $150USD per hour *
  • Time Limits: Maximum 2 hours per session
  • What is included?
    Virtual Training can be a great way to learn a particular function or feature that the iClassPro software offers. One of our skilled onboarding agents will contact you to schedule a screen share training. During this time, you will be able to train inside your account. Cloud-based software is always improving, and this form of training allows an easy 1-on-1 learning opportunity so you can stay on top of the latest enhancements or ensure you are getting the best out of iClassPro's software solution.

Onsite Training

  • Distance: Less than or equal to 300 miles of iClassPro Headquarters
    • $400 USD per hour (minimum 4 hours) *
  • Distance: Greater than 300 miles from iClassPro Headquarters
    • $400 USD per hour (minimum 4 hours) *
               Plus a per diem rate of $300 [includes travel day(s)]
  • International Onsite Training

Training costs must be paid in full at the time the service agreement has been signed. Onsite training dates are subject to the schedule and availability of the education team.

What is included?
Onsite training is a great way to get you and your team directly in front of a skilled iClassPro Software Specialist. A list of expectations will be agreed upon in advance to ensure that this service is of great value to your business.

NOTE: Training is not a process that includes onsite programming or development time, as the representative can only assist with "how to" training.
