How Do I Switch Between Payment Services Accounts? (Merchant Portal)

Learn how to switch to a different Payment Services account after choosing a different account upon login (if your email address is associated with multiple accounts).

NOTE: This document only applies to customers in the United States who are using iClassPro Payment Services.

  1. After logging into your account, click on your Email Address in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, then choose “Profile.”
  2. On the Profile screen, click on ACCOUNTS.2020-11-13_08_15_29-Profile.png

  3. Click on the account name that you wish to log into.
