What is the PAYMENTS>“Statements” View?

The PAYMENTS view is only available for customers who have been migrated to iClassPro's new payments platform.

Overview

The “Statements” view allows you to access and download your monthly Merchant Statements for previous months.

Main “Statements” view

The main “Statements” view displays a list of Merchant Statements that were generated within a defined date range.

Filter options include:

  • Date - allows you to filter results to only statements that were generated during a specified date range.
    • Defaults to the past six months.
  • Reset All filters button

A table below this will list each statement within the defined date range. For each entry, the following information will be displayed:

  • Description
  • Date

The Pagination view (in the upper right-hand corner, above the dispute entries table) can be adjusted to display more results if desired.

Reviewing the Merchant Statement

Clicking the “Download” icon next to an entry in the Statements table will download a PDF of your Merchant Statement for that particular month. Opening the PDF will reveal the following information:

  • Statement Period
    • Date range for transactions covered by the statement
  • Summary
    • Total Sales
    • Total Refunds
    • Chargebacks
    • eCheck Returns
    • Adjustments
    • Total Processing Fees
    • Net Amount Settled
  • Transfers
    • Date
    • Method
    • Sales
    • Refunds
    • Chargebacks/Returns
    • Net Sales
    • Chargeback/Return Amount
    • Total Fees
    • Net Amount
  • Account Fees
    • Description
      • Variable Fee
      • Fixed Fees
      • Grand Total
    • Account Fees by Source
      • eCommerce/Online Transaction Fees
      • Terminal Transaction Fees
  • Chargebacks
    • Date
    • Amount
  • eCheck Returns
    • Date
    • Amount
  • Net Sales Per Card
    • Each card brand is listed separately with the following details:
      • Number of transactions
      • Amount
