What is the Staff List Report (STA-1)?

What is the Staff List Report?

The Staff List Report is a list of staff members in your database. The report includes the name of the staff members (in FIRSTNAME LASTNAME format), status indicator, phone number(s), primary email, default assigned Role, assigned Staff User Group(s), hire date, and release date.

If you commonly use the same filters when running this report, you can now save them as Presets! Simply load a Preset Filter whenever you open the report page, set your date range and click to generate the report in your preferred format. See our "Preset Filters for Reports" document for more information.

Available Formats

The Staff List Report is available in either HTML, PDF, XLS or CSV format.

Available Filters

General Filters

  • START HIRE DATE/END HIRE DATE: allows you to limit results to include only Staff members who have a hire date within the specified date range.
  • START RELEASE DATE/END RELEASE DATE: allows you to limit results to include only Staff members who have a release date within the specified date range.
  • STATUS: allows you to limit results to include only Staff members whose profiles are set to the selected status:
    • Active - limits results to include only Staff members whose profiles are set to “Active.”
    • Inactive - limits results to include only Staff members whose profiles are set to “Inactive.”
  • LOCATIONS: selecting one or more specific Location(s) limits results to include only Staff members with permissions to access the selected Location(s).
  • DAY OF WEEK: selecting one or more specific Day(s) of the Week limits results to include only Staff members assigned to classes/camps that meet on the selected Day(s) of the Week.
  • CHOOSE PROGRAM: selecting one or more specific Program(s) will limit the results only to Staff members assigned as instructors to class(es)/camp(s) that are associated with the selected Program(s). (Leaving this filter blank will include all Staff members that meet other defined criteria.)
  • CHOOSE LEVEL: selecting one or more specific Class Level(s) will limit the results only to Staff members assigned as instructors to class(es) that are associated with the selected Class Level(s). (Leaving this filter blank will include all Staff members that meet other defined criteria.)
  • CHOOSE STAFF KEYWORD: selecting one or more specific Staff Keyword(s) will limit the results only to Staff members with the selected Staff Keyword(s) assigned. (Leaving this filter blank will include all Staff members that meet other defined criteria.)
  • CHOOSE STAFF ROLE: selecting one or more specific Staff Role(s) will limit the results only to Staff members with the selected default Staff Role(s) assigned. (Leaving this filter blank will include all Staff members that meet other defined criteria.)
  • CHOOSE STAFF USER GROUP: selecting one or more specific Staff User Group(s) will limit the results only to Staff members with the selected Staff User Group(s) assigned. (Leaving this filter blank will include all Staff members that meet other defined criteria.)
