Upon logging into the Customer Portal, a parent will click on the “Watch Live” option from the Customer Portal dashboard or Mobile App to select the stream to view.
The Customer Portal will only display streams linked to the Program and/or Level the child is enrolled in, and only during their child’s class time. This stream can only be accessed 10 minutes prior to the class start time and 10 minutes after class ends.
NOTE: If no active live streams are found, "No Live Streams Found" will be displayed in place of the "Select a Stream" option.
After selecting a stream, the video will launch.
NOTE: Expect about a 20-30 second delay between live and what is viewable in the Customer Portal.
