Merchant Portal / How to Switch Between Accounts

If your email address is associated with multiple accounts, you will be prompted to choose a specific account upon login.

To switch to a different account within the same session:

  1. Click on your Email Address in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, then choose “Profile.”
  2. On the Profile screen, click on ACCOUNTS.
  3. Click on the account name that you wish to log into.
