Family Policy Agreement (FAM-11)

The Family Policy Agreement Report is a list of families in your database showing the primary guardian, secondary guardian, primary phone number, primary email and a status indicating whether or not they have accepted your Family Policies (and if so, which version).

It is important to note that the time of acceptance will be reflected as UTC (+0000).  Depending on your time zone, this may make the actual date of acceptance different than the date shown in the audit log, which will reflect the actual local date/time of acceptance. (Older copies of printed acceptance forms may reflect the date/time shown in the audit log.)

NOTE: Chosen filters that relate to enrollments will produce results that are true as of the day you generate the report.

Available filters are:

  • STATUS:
    • All – all families, regardless of enrollment status
    • Active – only families with an active enrollment
    • Inactive – only families who do not have an active enrollment
  • PROGRAM: select a Program to limit the report to only families with an active enrollment in a class associated with that program. (Because families are only associated with a Program when an active enrollment is present, this filter will not have any effect on the results if the STATUS filter is set to “All” or “Inactive”.)
  • CLASS: select a Class to limit the report to only families with an active enrollment in the class. (Because families are only associated with a Class when an active enrollment is present, this filter will not have any effect on the results if the STATUS filter is set to “All” or “Inactive”.)
  • KEYWORD: select a Keyword to limit the report to only families who are associated with a particular Keyword.
    • Family Keywords – the family keyword must be assigned to the family
    • Student Keywords – the family must have at least one student with the selected keyword assigned.
    • Class Keywords – the family must have a student with an active enrollment in a class with the selected keyword assigned.
    • Program Keywords – the family must have a student with an active enrollment in a class attached to a Program with the selected keyword assigned.
  • AGREED STATUS: reflects whether or not the family has agreed to your Family Policy
    • All – shows only families who match your chosen filters regardless of their policy acceptance status.
    • Accepted Current – shows only families who match your chosen filters and who have accepted the current version of the Family Policy.
    • Accepted Past – shows only families who match your chosen filters and who have accepted past versions of the Family Policy, but not the current version.
    • Never Accepted – shows only families who match your chosen filters and who have never accepted any version of the Family Policy.
  • LOCATION OPTIONS: If there is more than one active location on the account, results will only reflect the currently selected location if using the “Active” status. (For example, if you select a status of “ACTIVE”, the family must be active in the selected location to be included in the results.)
    • Include All Locations – select this option to have the system consider enrollments in all active locations, not just the selected location.
