Student Mailing Labels (STU-07)

The Student Mailing Labels Report generates mailing labels for the students in your database. Labels are preformatted for Avery 8160 labels (1” x 2-5/8” rectangular labels on an 8-1/2” x 11” sheet, 30 per page). The labels are sorted alphabetically by the student’s last name, then by the student’s first name.

NOTE: Chosen filters that relate to enrollments will produce results that are true as of the day you generate the report unless you choose a specific date range using the “Date Filters.”

Available filters are:

  • STATUS:
    • All – all students, regardless of enrollment status
    • Active – only students with an active enrollment
    • Inactive – only students who do not have an active enrollment
  • DATE FILTERS: allows you to specify a specific date range that will be applied to the STATUS filter. If you do not set anything here, the system will default to the current date. (Because students are only considered active/inactive based on enrollment within the chosen date range, this filter will not have any effect on the results if the STATUS filter is set to “All”.)
    • Active Before – will only look at accounts that were ACTIVE before the selected date.
    • Active After – will only look at accounts that were ACTIVE after the selected date.
    • Active During – will only look at accounts that were ACTIVE at some point during the selected date range.
    • Inactive Before – will only look at accounts that were completely INACTIVE before the selected date.
    • Inactive After – will only look at accounts that were completely INACTIVE after the selected date.
    • Inactive During – will only look at accounts that were completely INACTIVE throughout the selected date range.
  • PROGRAM: select a Program to limit the report to only students with an active enrollment in a class associated with that program. (Because students are only associated with a Program when an active enrollment is present, this filter will not have any effect on the results if the STATUS filter is set to “All” or “Inactive”.)
  • CLASS: select a Class to limit the report to only students with an active enrollment in the class. (Because students are only associated with a Class when an active enrollment is present, this filter will not have any effect on the results if the STATUS filter is set to “All” or “Inactive”.)
  • KEYWORD: select a Keyword to limit the report to only students who are associated with a particular Keyword.
    • Student Keywords – the student keyword must be assigned to the student
    • Student Keywords – the student must have at least one student with with the selected keyword assigned.
    • Class Keywords – the student must have a student with an active enrollment in a class with the selected keyword assigned.
    • Program Keywords – the student must have a student with an active enrollment in a class attached to a Program with the selected keyword assigned.
  • BIRTHDAY MONTH: selecting a month will only include students whose birthday occurs in that month.
  • ANNIVERSARY MONTH: selecting a month will only include students whose Anniversary Charge Eligibility Date occurs in that month.
  • AGE GROUPS: allows you to limit results to students in particular date ranges.
    • Enter a “Min” (minimum) and “Max” (maximum) age for the age group, then click “+ Add” to add that age range to the filter box on the right.
    • You can add multiple age groups if needed and all results will appear in the final results. (Note that overlapping ages will cause students to be included multiple times. For example, having one age range of 0-4 and another of 4-6 will include all 4-year-old students twice, once for each group.)
    • To remove an age group from the filters, click on an age group in the filter box on the right, then click “X Remove Selected.”
  • LOCATION OPTIONS: If there is more than one active location on the account, results will only reflect the currently selected location if using the “Active” status. (For example, if you select a status of “ACTIVE”, the student must be active in the selected location to be included in the results.)
    • Include All Locations – select this option to have the system consider enrollments in all active locations, not just the selected location.
