Using Advanced Date Filters

On some reports, you will notice a Date Filters button. These are advanced date filters that work in coordination with the regular status filter you have chosen. When you choose Active or Inactive in the regular Status filter, this means that the results you are looking for are currently (as of today's date) Active or Inactive. To add additional information about when the enrollments may have been active or inactive on another date, use the advanced date filters.

Here's a quick overview of each new filter.

  • Active Before: Selects all families with students active before the date you select.
  • Active After: Selects all families with students active after the date you select.
  • Active During: Selects all families with students active in between the dates you select.
  • Inactive Before: Selects all families with students inactive before the date you select.
  • Inactive After: Selects all families with students inactive after the date you select.
  • Inactive During: Selects all families with students inactive in between the dates you select.
