Deleting Charges From Families


Follow these instructions If a family has been billed in error or a charge needs to be removed from their account. 

To delete charges from a family,

  1. Find the family on the family page.
  2. Click on the "$" ledger button
  3. Click "View Full Ledger".
  4. Find the charge on the ledger
  5. Click the pencil icon next to the charge to edit.
  6. Now click the "Delete" button to the right of the "Close" button towards the bottom of the window.
NOTE: Any payments which may have been applied to the charge will now be non-applied credit on the family ledger and available for use on other charges.
