Families with saved payment information
To use the "All Payment Types" filter to locate families with saved payment information on file:
- Go to the FAMILIES page.
- If needed, limit your "Enrollment Types" filter to limit results to only families with specific enrollment types.
- Expand the "All Payment Types" filter.
- Select either "Credit/Debit Card" or "eCheck" as the Payment Type.
- Credit/Debit Card
- Select the "Recurring Payment Authorization" type:
- Authorized - includes any families with payment information saved, and the payment method IS authorized for recurring billing.
- Not Authorized - includes any families with payment information saved, but the payment method IS NOT authorized for recurring billing.
- Both - includes any families with payment information saved, regardless of whether it is authorized for recurring billing.
- Select an "Expiration Status" type
- All - includes any families with payment information saved, regardless of whether it is current, pending expiration, or expired.
- Current - includes all families with payment information saved, and the payment method is current (i.e., not expired).
- Pending Expiration - includes all families with payment information saved, and the payment method is due to expire within:
- Current and next month - the expiration date is within the current calendar month or the following calendar month. (e.g., if it is currently January, the expiration date must be within January or February to qualify.)
- Current month - the expiration date is within the current calendar month. (e.g., if it is currently January, the expiration date must be within January to qualify.)
- Next month - the expiration date is within the calendar month following the current month. (e.g., if it is currently January, the expiration date must be within February to qualify.)
- Expired - includes all families with payment information saved, and the payment method has expired before the current date.
- Select the "Recurring Payment Authorization" type:
- eCheck
- The system will automatically limit results to include any families with payment information saved of the "eCheck" type.
- NOTE: eChecks do not have expiration dates.
- The system will automatically limit results to include any families with payment information saved of the "eCheck" type.
- Credit/Debit Card
Families without saved payment information
To use the "All Payment Types" filter to locate families with no saved payment information at all:
- Go to the FAMILIES page.
- If needed, limit your "Enrollment Types" filter to limit results to only families with specific enrollment types.
- Expand the "All Payment Types" filter.
- Select "No Autopay" as the Payment Type.
- The system will automatically limit results to include all families that do not have any saved payment information on file.
