In order to update banking info, we will need:
- Voided check
- Written request authorizing the change
Send the request to us via email to email@example.com or via fax to 214-261-2257.
Change requests can take 1-3 business days to complete before deposits start going to the new bank account.
- This request should come from an authorized signor on the account.
- If you do not have a voided check, you can ask your bank to provide a "letter of direct deposit".
