How do you save credit card information on v2

i am trying to save credit card information and cannot...please help

Hi!

To save payment information for a family in iClassPro V2, follow these steps:

  1. Click the family icon at the top of the page.
  2. Search for the family using the search on the left side of the page.
  3. Click the pencil next to the family record to open the Family Details window.
  4. Click the autopay tab at the top of that family details window.
  5. Select the autopay type (Credit card, eCheck, etc.)
  6. Fill in the payment information details and click the "Submit Autopay Information" button.

Under the "autopay type", there is nothing to select (i.e. Credit Card).  Where do I set up the autopay types?
