Would be nice to e-mail a statement at the end of the day for all customers that had a student scheduled for that day and no payment was made. Secretary could blast out statements at the close of every day. If the the customer was absent it will be another reminder. If the customer was planning on dropping, it would remind them to let us know.

Another good idea.
I would love something like this. An automated script that at the end of the day sent out an email to all the students that missed class that day. It would be a great tool addition.
Hello All,
This is a great idea and if I may suggest a great "work around" until this feature has been created, is to utilize our Keywords Feature.
First you would need to add those keywords in Settings>Setup>Keywords. You allowed to attach them to a Keyword Type (ex: Family keyword, Student Keyword,...). A great name for those Keywords would be "Mondays invoices, Tuesday invoices, ...".
While on the classes page, use the Days filters to the left of the screen. Once that particular day is filtered, select the box next to the class name (Very top box will select all classes but be sure to have the view to capture all classes.). Icons will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click on Keyword icon and attach the keyword you created for that day of the week to those classes held on that day.
Now, at the end of the day your staff member can go to Transactions>Batch Statements> Select filters that pertain to active families that owe money.> Select Keyword Filter created for that day.
I know that was a lot to take in but never hesitate to give us a call or send us an email if you have any questions about the steps listed above. I will also keep you updated on the progress of the particular feature but please keep the ideas coming in!
Thanks for Going Pro!
Hi Everyone!
I think the workaround using class keywords is a great work-around in the meantime. But, Keep up the votes and I'll see what we can do to get the Day of Week filter added to the batch statements task.
Thanks for Going Pro!
It would great if you could incorporate this into text messages as well.
@Judy: When sending text messages, there is a day of class filter on both the family or student page that should allow you to do this. Please let me know if you have any questions.
