iClassPro allows for custom tax rates to be calculated for all charges and payments. 

To edit or create new tax rates, follow these steps:

1. Go to your settings page, by clicking settings in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Visit the Setup section, by clicking "Setup" in the Section list on the left side of the page.
3. Under General settings, click the Pencil icon next to Tax Rates.
4. That brought up an edit window with a list of your current Tax Rates on the left, and a "Create New Tax Rate".
5. To edit a Tax Rate, double click it in the list of Tax Rates.
6. To create a new Tax Rate, click the "Create New Tax Rate" button.
7. Fill out the name of the Tax Rate.
8. Select either Active, or Inactive for the Tax Rate.
9. Next, fill in the actual Tax Rate. This is a percentage, so typing in 8.25 will be equivalent to 8.25%.
10. Finally, select the Locations where you would like the Tax Rate to be active.
11. Click Save & Close to save your changes to the Tax Rate.
