All emails, parent portal messages, text messages, and voice messages can be sent from the family, student, class, or staff page by clicking the checkbox next to each record on the list pages.
By clicking the checkbox, you'll see icons appear at the bottom of each page. If you hold the mouse over each icon, you'll see what each one does.
You can assign a keyword, create multiple charges, send an email, send SMS or voice broadcast, or parent portal message, to the selected record. You can use the parent portal messages to send messages to other, or all, staff members. Messages appear at the top right of the screen in the application and customer portal. You can use the filters on the left side of the page to filter your selection.

how do i attach files to the email?

We currently do not support email attachments. However, this feature may be added soon. Stay tuned to our announcements.

Is there a record anywhere that we can see what has been sent to a member?
Yes having a record of all sent messages would be good. When we send a group email blast we include a fictional account so we have a copy of what was sent.
Many times I avoid using this because there is NO history of what is sent. I instead use our regular email so that I can fill it away in the system so we can search and find details later. Because we are dealing with financial information and unfortunately people do not always want to pay their bill or disputes come up, it is imperative that we keep every bit of correspondence and proof when statements were emailed, what was said, etc.
It would be awesome if there was a "history" button for the family that had a history of what was done with this client (i.e, when they were created, what emails were sent and when, when a statement was emailed to them (and image of said statement would be awesome), etc.

I'm happy to let you know that we do now generate a report for record of your recipients every time you send an email from any page in iClassPro.
This report is generated in your background tasks (bottom left link in every iClassPro page). And, it includes a list of everyone who was emailed, the result, and the original email. See the screenshot. At the top is how it appears in your background task. Click the down arrow to download it. It is a HTML file that opens in your browser and it looks like the bottom half of the screenshot. I hope this helps!

is there a way to email/message your staff their schedule??
