When sending mass financial statements, the program to automatically leave record in family account.

Currently when you send out mass statements, unless you manually enter a note into each and every account, there is no way to later verify that they were sent a statement.  This would be especially helpful for following up with delinquent customers.

I like that. It would be nice to be able to keep a record in their "file" of emails sent.

When you run batch statements click the option 'generate and email'. It will then save a PDF copy of all the statements sent out in your background tasks. You can then download this and keep it as your record. I'm also pretty sure that running batch statements will also show in your audit log (settings > audit log)
