Hi Rhonda,
All you have to do is edit the charge by first finding the family, then click the dollar sign, and click the view full ledger button. Then click the pencil next to the charge you want to edit. In that window, you should see an X to remove the extra line item. Or, you could click the red delete button at the bottom of the window to delete the charge.
