Access The NEW Attendance Page

The attendance login page can be accessed from almost any web-capable device including iPads, iPhones, any computer, and much more!

How to access the login page

Copy and paste the URL below. Be sure to replace [YOUR_ACCOUNT_NAME] with your iClassPro account name.

https://www.iclassprov2.com/icpv2/attendance/[YOUR_ACCOUNT_NAME]

Attendance Login Page:

Login with your iClassPro Username and Password. Any Staff member in iClassPro that has a username and password should be able to login here.

NOTE: Click/Tap the stay logged in button. This will keep you logged in on that device until you logout.

Marking Attendance

Once logged in, you will see the class schedule like the example below.

  • Only the classes you are an instructor for will show if you login as an instructor unless you login as an admin user.
  • There is also a user permission to be able to see all classes if you are not an admin user.
  • By default, today's classes will pull up. For example, if the current day is Friday, you will only see Friday classes sorted by time.
  • Attendance marked is immediately saved. You do not have to click a save button.

Click/Tap the P or A icon to mark all present or all absent. Click the bubble to the left of each student to mark either present or absent.

NOTE: The attendance is saved automatically. There is NOT a save button.

@Aimee: Be sure to change the URL where it says [YOUR_ACCOUNT_NAME] to your actual iClassPro account name.

Is it possible to filter by instructor?

There isn't an instructor filter. But, this happens automatically if you login as an instructor.

If you login as the an admin user, you will see all the classes. However, if you login as an instructor, you will only see the classes attached to that instructor.

Let me know if you have any more questions about this.

So each time one of my instructors needs to log into the attendance page they have to enter that long URL from their iphone or the ipad?  I can hardly get them to remember to check roll much less remember that URL.  Any ideas to make accessing a little easier?  An app for iclasspro would be great too :)

We suggest saving that URL as a bookmark on your device. iPhones and iPads have a way that you can save the bookmark on your home screen which creates and iClassPro attendance icon similar to an app icon.

To do that, all you have to do is browse to the webpage on your iPhone or iPad. When on the login page, click the add bookmark button. Then, when prompted, Add to Home Page, button. You will then see an icon appear.

I hope that tip helps!

You can also use a QR code to access the attendance login page. To get a QR code for your attendance page, just go to login page, as seen below, and click the QR code button.

Clicking the button will display the QR Code as seen below. The QR Code can be scanned from most smart phones to go directly  to the attendance login page. You can also print the QR code from this page by clicking the print button at the top right.

Special icons have been added next to students who are either Trial or Makeup students. I hope this helps!

Also, there is a link at the top right of the login page to go straight to the attendance button!

Any chance of making this compatible with windows phone 7?  right now won't allow login in button to be clicked.

Hi Jason,

I'll definitely check with our developers on this, and I'll let you know what I find out. Have you tried clicking the enter key instead of clicking login?

Enter key does work to get past log in but then can not select a class.

Just to let you know we love the attendance module. Its a dream come true - no more paper registers to file! Out of curiosity do you plan to add the student/class details in the near future? I only ask because some of our coaches are at a different location and it would be really beneficial if they could get student/families contact details on their phone easily. Currently we send them with a report which is not really practical as class enrollments are constantly changing.

@Jason: I'll have our developer check into the problem you are having on your windows phone. And, I'll let you know as soon as we get that fixed.

@Kingston: Thanks for your feedback. We do hope to have the student and family details in the mobile app soon! Please look out for our announcements.

@Jason: Can you give us more details about your phone? Do you have a browser version number you could provide or the phone make and model?
