The Quick Edit Classes Feature Has Been Enhanced

The Quick Edit feature can make it a lot faster to change a group of classes. If you haven't used this feature already, here's how to check it out.

In this update, we have added the ability to edit multiple details of a class using the quick edit feature. Using Quick Edit, the following details of a class can be changed:

• Active/Inactive Status
• Class Program
• Enable/Disable Show On Web & Allow Web Registration
• Enable/Disable Proration
• Default Billing Schedule/Tuition Pair
• Level
• Min/Max Age
• Max Number of Students
• Description

How To Quick Edit Classes

Step 1: Use the filters on the left side of the page to find the classes to edit.

Step 2: Check the box for all the classes to edit.

Step 3: Click the Quick Edit icon at the bottom of the page after the classes are selected to open the quick edit window.

Step 4: Make the changes to the class details in the Quick Edit window.

If a setting is left at - DO NOT CHANGE -, then the selected classes will keep its original settings. For any of the settings in the window above that are changed, quick edit will change the settings for all the selected classes when the save button is pushed.
