How do I enter in meet fee charges for specific team levels

I want to charge specific meet fees to specific levels on team.  I used to be able to do it before we upgraded.

When we charge for an event we use the group charge feature.

Using the student list we find the students we want to charge by using the programme/level filters. We then check the appropriate students, click the £ or $ sign, and create the event charge. We created a charge category called events so we could view it on a report later.  

If there is a simpler way someone please let me know!

Ok cool! Is there any news on the event registration feature mentioned in the Parent Portal settings?
