how do I create a New Program?

I am trying to add New Program other than classes just as TEAMS etc? Anybody know how I can do this?

You can create a new program by clicking settings at the top right of the page, then click setup on the left side of the page, and it is under General Settings. Just click the pencil icon to edit programs, then click the create new button.
