Hi: When trying to submit autopay credit card information for our customers, I received the above error message. Is this specific to authorize.net, our gateway account company? I see authorize.net has the Customer Information Manager service for $20/mo but it didn't seem to be required. Is it required by iClassPro for security? This error message does mean that the CIM feature of Authorize.net is not enabled. The CIM feature is required in order for you to use iClassPro to save payment information. This is the most secure way of saving payment information. Once this feature is enabled, you should then be able to save payment information.
