It would be great if we could have a "Sent Mail" box on the home screen.
When we send emails in iClassPro, we always send the same email to our gym's email to have record of what emails have been sent through iClassPro.
If there were a "Sent Mail" box on the home screen, email tracking and sent-mail verification would be easier and more efficient.

iClassPro does keep a record of what messages you have sent. Although its not great. Every time you send an email or email blast a report is generated which is viewable in background tasks. This report contains the message, who it was sent to and whether it was sent successfully. I agree that a better message centre would help.
Yes, this would be very helpful!
It would be even better if the email was recorded into the family's record and be accessible by the HISTORY button that we discussed in another feature request. If we had the HISTORY button for the family, we could then see when and what email was sent, communication back and forth, when statements were sent, changes made to their main information, etc.
Thanks!
Thanks everyone for your feedback about this topic!
iClassPro does keep record of sent emails via the report in the background tasks. This is a great report because it tells you if anyone unsubscribed or if they had an invalid email.
@Renee: I agree this would be great to add it in the history page that you have requested, and I'll make sure to keep that in mind for future updates!
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Donnie,
Above you say that the "Background Task" keeps record of sent emails via the report??? Is there a report somewhere that shows the emails? I have attached a screenshot of emails blasted out with statements but the PDF statements don't show the actual email or have record of what was said in the email anywhere. There is also no "action" that you can take a the email blast section of the background task. This is becoming a continuous issue as I have people saying that we never said something and it was sent in an email that had the statement attached.
If I send the email from Outlook, I have history of every email sent and received since 2001 which with some members I have had to reference. It has also been necessary when a member is sent to collections and we have to prove that contact was made as what was said or agreed upon.
Can I find the actual "email" anywhere?
