I would like to know how other users are using the system to track and promote private lessons.

Thanks in advance!

I would love to know how others are doing private lessons in iClassPro.

Right now, we are still using a book which makes life harder.

No real way of tracking or scheduling privates.  Would love a better solution.  I was going to look into the Camps section and see if that helps somehow.

An online booking/calender function would be outstanding.

We currently write private lessons on a paper calendar.  A way to schedule them in iClass would be super!  If you guys figured out how to use the camps section for this let me know.  The coaches schedule their own privates and really need a way for them to login to iClass and schedule their own.

We just created 3 classes, and named them: 30 Minute Private, 1 Hour Private, and 1 Hour Private Shared. Then we assigned them the coorespoding cost. When somebody signs up for a private, we write it in the book for payroll purposes, but for billing purposes, we register them for the class, with an add and drop date being the same date, then charge them thru the ledger tab. That is the only way i have found and thought for it to work.

Camps want specific days and times for a privates. But, we do them any day, and time.

This feature is available in another software and I would love to see this added to iclasspro.

  • Easily create similar private lessons with the Copy Class button
  • Private lessons show on the internal weekly calendar with the student's name
  • Online private lesson registration
  • Allow clients to easily see available lesson slots and sign up for them online
  • Quick and easy integration into an existing website in just minutes
  • Display a dynamic calendar on your website showing only the lessons that are still available
  • To register for a lesson just click on the event on the calendar and a user definable registration form displays
  • Registration Form may include any user definable questions
  • Option to allow x number of registrations for a lesson
  • Option to require a credit card to reserve a time slot
  • Once a reservation form is submitted, automatic email notifications go to the person who signed up for the event and the appropriate staff
  • Easy setup of recurring weekly lessons, indicate start and end date
  • Ability to view all lessons-events and/or available lessons-events

We have created different hourly rates for our private, semi-private, and group classes and just simply change them according to what the class is. Whenever we have a class that we would like to make private we set it to open under class type. We have made a note on our parent portal log-in if a customer desires a private class they should search for open under class type. Our web registration is disabled so they have to call in and let us know they desire to make that class a private lesson. This allows us to set the appropriate rate before enrolling them over the phone or referring them back to the parent portal.
