a report of students with a tuition override

we would love to be able to generate a list of students with a tuition override.  It would give us the ability to check to make sure that the override was still applicable--is that student still on scholarship?  Is that student still doing a weird schedule that caused us to change their tuition?

This would be a good report to have. We have just introduced scholarships to students. Having to administrate this has already become quite tedious (no fault to iClassPro). The ability to quickly see who has tuition overridden would help identifying those students quickly. Currently to identify those with a tuition override I pretend I'm running a global tuition charge and this identities those with a discount.

I would like this feature, because our students get a %50 discount on the second class they take and we override their tuition on their second class to accomplish this.  We looked at the discount schedules and should probably implement them, but we couldn’t give different discounts by program.  All-star siblings get a discount on their first class and recreational students do not.

So, long story short, I’m in the same boat.  I’m sure there are students out there that may have dropped their first class and so now they are getting the 50% discount for the one class they are taking.  So having a report to review would be really nice.

Also, I would be interested in finding out how you guys handle your “Scholarships”.  We’ve been interested in doing this, but just know the right approach.  We wonder if we give one person a scholarship, a whole bunch more will want them and we can’t afford that.  Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Hi Dusy--I would be happy to share our thoughts on scholarships.  Do you have an email address that I should send it to?  thanks!
