We are frequently sending forms and documents home with our students. We would like to attach these documents to the emails that we send out. This request is to add the ability to add file attachments to the email blast wizard.

I have just found out that I can not do this, which was a BIG reason to signing on for this system????
I needed to attach an enrollment form in document format to my email blast to all my active students for the fall semester. I could not figure out how to do this. Please help.
The system could scan for viruses prior to the upload, to protect the system.
A work around, is you could put the form on your gym's website and then put a link in the email blast to that page.
Just noticed that you can add an attachment on the support side.
Really need this feature. We communicate with our team parents by email and often use attachments.
I put links to documents in my email blasts, but often times people cant get to them, because the links are to the document on my website is blocked at their work. So I really need a way to attach the document to the email.
Please fix this. It is so important when advertising events. In the old version you could add images, but I can't find that here in the newer version.
AS Kathleen has stated this is a needed function in advertising events such as clinics and such. If anyone knows a way around this then please let us on how you do it.
The best workaround for this is to upload the file you are wanting to attach to your website. Then, include a link to that file in your email. This normally works really well for most clients.
I understand Donnie but in today's mobile society it doesn't really help when they are on the phone and they want to see a pdf that you could have in as an attachment on their one. I understand you can add a jpg which is another workaround but just another process to convert. Thanks though.
I understand, and I'll definitely see what we can do to get this added. But even on a mobile device, a URL to a PDF should work.
We really need some better way to send out formatted emails so that when our client's receive the email, the email looks just as we intended it.
No links... people just want the forms. We desperately need this. We have multiple email groups going between our club email, iclass classes and constant contact, and having the ability to add attachments is essential to us ever being able to effectively use the iclass email function.
