Yes a way of assigning coaches to different day within a programme/class would be a great feature. When your on the schedule page selecting the days/times a drop down to select the coach for that time/day would work I guess.

I think a rota or staff scheduling feature in general would be a really useful feature.

It would be great to be able to assign classes from the STAFF section.  Example - pull up Coach Susie and just check off all the classes she teaches.  Having to go into each individual class and adjust the staff is very time consuming.  I think this would also help with the issue of teams meeting on different days with different coaches as mentioned previously

Yes, Yes!  we have teams who meet twice a week, but have different staff on each day they meet.  We can not accurately use the staff scheduling tool because we can not split assignments of our staff, without splitting the team schedule into multiple classes instead of one class that meets multiple times. 

The staff schedule report is completely useless without this feature! 

I like this. We need to be able to assign coaches to classes for different days, like a sub teacher for a day. Or when you change the coach of a class. We need to know when they started working the class, and when they stopped. Just like we assign kids to classes, i think we need to be able to have the same for coaches.

The staff schedule also shows old classes for sessions that have already passed.

This might be a different topic, but classes need to automatically inactivate when the session ends, just like the enrollment ends.

Or if a coach is out for the day and I need to assign someone else that class so we can take attendance that day.
