This way our coaches could easily email students and the email would have our logo and company signature on it automatically. Currently, it is very time consuming to upload our logo and adjust its size, every time you want to send an email.

Something like canned responses in Gmail would be good too!

You mention that you will be able to edit any of the automated templates, which is great. Will you also be able to select a saved template when sending and email blast?
I'm happy to let you know this feature is now available!! You can find it in your settings under Settings>Setup>General Settings>Email Templates. Those subscribed to this feature request forum are the first to know! I will be posting an announcement later explaining fully how this feature works.
@Dusty: This doesn't include saved templates when sending an email blast. This is only for the automated emails. However, that would be a great feature request if you would like to post it separately in the forums, that would be great!

Very nice!
I will write up a new feature request for using saved templates with the email blast. Right now I have a few templates saved as text files on my pc, but it would be nice to be able to select them in the program.
