Why didn't our email blast work? Too many emails at one time?

We tested our email blast on 2 emails trying to make sure that we knew what we were doing.  Then we tried to blast a message to our gym and nobody has received it, although the tasks says it's complete.  Could it be too many email addresses at one time?

Hi,

Sending to a large amount of emails shouldn't be an issue. Also, there are not any known issues with this feature at this time. Please give our offices a call at 903-353-9329 for us to troubleshoot this further for you. One of our support staff would be happy to help you figure this out.

I have tried to send out 3 email blasts.  They are not going to anyone.  We have not had this problem before.  I am confused.

At least our last 3 email blasts didn't go to everyone.  We've marked to send to 1,000 active emails to ensure they went to all families and 2 of our instructors have children here but they didn't even receive the email.  Other email blasts have worked but it seems recently there is something wrong. 

We would also like to be able to add pictures/clip art or attachments if this could be an upgrade later.
