History Button

It would be awesome if there was a "history" button for the family/students that had a history of what was done with this client (i.e, when they were created, what emails were sent and when, when a statement was emailed to them (and image of said statement would be awesome), etc.
This history button could also include things that they change when logging in through the Parent Portal. At our gym, there are multiple databases that do didn't things and if a member logs into IClassPro and, for example, changes their address and we don't know they did that, it doesn't get updated in the other databases. It would be nice if there was an indicator that a change was made and it logged it to this file that would be accessible through a "history" button.

Yes, so many times people say I didn't get that email and having to try and look thru all of the background tasks, just takes too long and I really do not find it very useful! Family History as described by Renee.....would be awesome!
There is the Audit Log under the Setup area, this doesn't display some of the background tasks. If there was a spot where EVERY modification could be viewed (between e-mails, changes, transfers, payments, ANYTHING) and then if it was SUPER amazing if you clicked on the task it would BRING you to the window of the change to view it.!
This would solve ALOT of run around issues, errors and time when you actually find one!

It appears that you have updated all the "planned" items. I am SHOCKED that this item is NOT listed as "planned". There appears to be a ton of people out there that want this.... ????

Thanks for your feedback. I apologize, but this is not a planned enhancement at this time. And, I agree that this would be a great feature. While we are listening to what everyone wants, we are not able to accommodate every feature right away. Currently, the audit log and the background tasks can be used as a way to see history for your account or even a single family. You can search the audit log by a family name, and there you would have a log of all changes to that account.
We have a lot of great features planned for 2012, and hopefully this will be something we can add in the future. Any updates will be posted here.
I very much agree with Renee on this one. All 7 of our gyms would benefit from this!
