Have "Charge ITEM" that would have description and price associated with it

With IClassPro I now have to keep a separate Excel sheet that lists all the items we bill for and the price associated with each. In previous programs, I could pick what I wanted to bill and the description and price were associated with the item.
It would be nice if there was an area that you could pick the "item" you are billing and it would look up the item in a table and bring over the description and price. Obviously, you would need to be able to change the default description and price as needed for the person you are billing but putting in the default helps eliminate billing errors.

We just ran into this after another Credit Card machine bit the dust. I hate to dump $300 in a dumb machine when iClass should be able to offer this fairly easily.
Its really just a default price on the charge category that we are asking for right? I have a whole bunch of charge categories setup for our pro shop items (t-shirts, hats, lanyards, etc..) we really just need a default price for those. The description of the charge comes from the category, so I think were good there.
I don't use iClass for doing sales tax, but some people might want to default sales tax for certain charges.
I also currently do all credit card processing through iClass, I don't have a stand alone machine. So we add the charge, look up the amount in a spreadsheet and put the amount on the charge, then run the payment through iclass with a USB credit card swipe attached to our monitor.
I really just need the default price.
Yes, we need the default price to come over. I find myself putting the price in the description to eliminate the need for a spreadsheet and make sure all the staff knows what price to charge.
It would be nice to have at least a partial point of sale feature in iClass for proshop or concession stand items.
