I really like the idea that the red dollar sign ($) indicates a balance due. What would be even better is when you click on that dollar sign it would list ONLY what is still outstanding. Then if you want to see more history, you click on the full ledger. As it is now I always have to click on the full ledger and then check the "show outstanding only" box. Just a thought.

Yes! We have the option to put a due date when adding a charge. However, I have found that even if I put a future due date it still shows the red dollar sign indicating a balance due, even though the only item the family has outstanding is for a balance due in a month or two....please fix the red $ sign to only be for the current month or past due....not charges that are due in a month or two. This is necessary as some families want to get a head start on paying competition fees (etc.) that are not due until a later date. The other issue is it shows the outstanding balance for everything not just what is due. Can we get a Total Balance Due and Current Balance Due Feature? Also the ability to split a charge into two payments for example uniforms a deposit is due upon order, and the balance is due in two months.....it would be nice to have that option if possible as well.
