Allow emails to non-primary email addresses

The email enhancements in version 2 are really nice and the ability to add multiple email address to the family is good.  However, there is no way to send an email to any address other than the primary address in iClass.  It would be nice if you would add an option on the “Email Blast to Multiple Families Screen” to allow you to choose to send to all email addresses, or just the primary.

If anyone is looking for a quick fix to this issue, you can enter multiple email addresses into the primary field separated by commas. This will include all of these emails in email blasts. However, this will also include all documents sent to the primary email address in iClassPro- such as statements.

This doesn't change the customers login USERNAME?  Isn't the text in the primary email used as the online username login for the customers?

Yes it does change the login information, if you do the comma method if you want to sign in on-line you would need to enter the EXACT same data as the primary e-mail address. There fore you're better off just waiting for the feature to be release sometime not to soon.

This is well overdue.  There are so many situation where more than one email needs to be used for families.  If a family provides more than one email, it is usually because they want to receive notifications at all those email addresses for whatever reason!!!!  Can't wait for this one to be rolled out!

Again i'm not sure if the struggle is when you have more then one e-mail if iClass is trying to set it up so you can select "WHO" gets what e-mail button, or if when you click e-mail a list of the names come up of who you want to send to. OR if you ever do anything via e-mail it just sends it to all. BUT no matter how they set it up, it just needs to get done soon. I know i bring it up every so often, but this should be the NEXT feature done, not some new fun button that makes a current feature better.
